You are a grief and trauma survivor ready to use Kundalini yoga as a tool to open and connect with your 7 main chakras and your Auric field. 

This course will allow you to 'tune up' the internal tools you already possess to feel less overwhelmed by life and your emotions. 

For me, Kundalini yoga and the Chakra centres we the starting point on my healing journey, they could be for you too. All you need to do is learn how to connect with your very own internal navigation system. 

So, what’s covered in this course?

For each of the 7 main Chakras, you will receive:

  • Weekly Yoga Class recordings suitable for beginners so you can experience and connect with each energy centre
  • Guided meditation to walk you step by step into a peaceful headspace as you connect with each chakra
  • Daily mantra and mudra practice to help integrate your new knowledge of each chakra into your daily routine

Your final week will include a yoga class and guided meditation for connecting with and strengthening your auric field. This allows you to energetically secure all of the work you have completed on your chakra system through the duration of the course.

You also receive a Coursebook to help you to dive deeper into what is known about each chakra and what it means to be balanced and imbalanced in this energy centre. 

How long does the course take?

It's recommended that you take around eight weeks to complete this course but you can complete it as quickly or as slowly as you would like. The content will be available to you for as long as the course is on sale, so you will have plenty of time to revisit the course whenever you would like.
