You need gentle guidance to explore effective yoga and psychology tools and strategies to hold you through the emotional shock waves of grief & trauma.
Suitable for beginners onwards, adults and young people as all sessions will be tailored to your physical and emotional needs.
Session availability across several evening, daytime and weekend slots and must be used within 6 term time weeks of the first session.
