Before you head over to this video class, please read the following advice and instructions:
- DO NOT attempt shoulder stand if you do not know how to conduct the posture, please use the alternative instructed
- Please get medical advice before practice if you have an injuries, have any physical discomfort or if you are pregnant (if you are pregnant you are advised to practice pregnancy yoga only).
- Kundalini yoga often involves held or repeated postures, if you need to come out of postures please do and know that you can still benefit from the posture by just imagining yourself doing so. It is for you to decide what is your mind tricking you into thinking you need to stop and your body telling you to stop because you should.
- If any of the breathing exercises or postures cause dizziness or discomfort then please stop. If it’s a breathing exercise just return to normal breathing.
